Courses
	Nestle Canada Helps managers work with employee survey results from the Hay Group.
	Hyundai Canada Introduces dealership sales people to the unique features of Hyundai's new car line as well as teaches effective sales strategies.
	CIM Trains employees on how to use their new online help desk application.
	ADP Canada This is from one of three courses we did to teach all their clients how to use their hosted software solutions for Human Resources and Payroll.
	ADP Canada This is a Sales Training course that helps sales associates learn more about the product as well as deal with common objections through scenario-based learning.
	Nortel Networks The challenge was to teach non-technical users how to connect their home office to their corporate network. We used audio and animation to step them through the process. We integrated the course with the software installer to ensure the instruction was available exactly when needed.
	InQuestra Learning A company with expertise in business analysis realized the value of their procedures and practices. They wanted to package this knowledge and make it available for sale over the web. The result was this series of eLearning courses teaching Business Analysts how to gather requirements for their software projects.
	IAG Consulting Interactive training courses support both hard and soft skill training. In addition to web distribution, we can distribute courses on CD-ROM, DVD or your internal network. This 8 hour course, complete with audio, video, animation, testing and evaluation was developed for distribution on CD-ROM.
	A growing start-up with employees in England, Ireland and Canada wanted a cost-effective way to train its staff and customers. They wanted a course with a small footprint that could be accessed over the web. The solution was this interactive course developed using Flash.
	Active-learning techniques and different learning styles enhance retention of the material in this project management concepts course.
	To ensure users complete the training and understand the material, we included automated tracking and testing in this technical course.

Tutorials
	Web tutorials enable just-in-time learning and are easy to update as the subject matter evolves. This tutorial teaches personnel how to administer a call center application. The content can be updated dynamically as new features are applied to the application.
	The office phone is something we use all the time. Why can't we remember how to transfer a telephone call! Created in Flash for distribution on the web, this tutorial teaches employees how to use their telephone.
	This set of tutorials is integrated with the core application. It draws user data from the database to provide personalized training for each user.
	Here we have a series of lessons designed to teach employees how to use the advanced features of their telephones. Lessons demonstrate each feature. The design enables users to practise each feature and receive feedback on their success.
	Scenario-based simulations let students try tasks in a safe environment and learn at their own pace. This tutorial mirrors the functionality of software used to build voice applications. Web Portals
	This company wanted to update its corporate web site and improve customer access to their on-line help desk, documentation and training.
	Learning portals provide a single point of access for the pooling, interaction, and distribution of organizational knowledge. Learning is targeted to the specific needs of each employee and is available on demand. Integrated administration tools make it easy for companies to customize, control and maintain content in the portal.
	This web portal, using an open-source content management system, was designed for a niche recruiting company. It allows users to register, view job postings and receive newsletters.
	This web portal allows users to purchase eLearning courses for Business Analysts.

Web Applications
	The application creates Web portals for professional photographers, and provides tools to manage the payment and fulfilment process for print orders and stock photo licenses. Photographers can customize the look and feel of their own portals using a set of templates.
	This brand management site lets small business owners create and purchase personalized advertising materials online. The application renders the materials in real-time and automatically generates the printer-ready art.
	A content manager that authorized employees and vendors can use to locate and order approved marketing collateral. The application supports an array of image, document, animation, audio and video file types.
	Designed to protect children with severe allergies, this application provides emergency alerts and response support when a special button on the child's mobile phone is pressed.

Product Demos
	Getting product information to the sales force is a big hurdle for most companies. This interactive presentation uses sound, animation and video to educate sales staff about LAN/WAN technology.
	This interactive piece was part of a campaign to introduce a major new product to the stakeholders and customers of a large multinational company.
