CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Permitted uses:

Pinched Head grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images that you purchase for the following permitted uses: Advertising, training materials, eLearning content, presentations and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, film and video, commercials, catalogs, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards.

A single license extends to 3 users.

Any use of the Content that is not a Permitted Use shall constitute infringement of copyright.

Prohibited uses include the following:

Design templates or applications intended for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, eLearning templates, flash templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, and brochure design templates or logos.

Use the Content in a fashion that is considered by Pinched Head (acting reasonably) as or under applicable law is considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing, defamatory in nature, or that would be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute.
